Returns are only accepted in the event of faulty or damaged items upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue.
3. Return Process
If your item meets our return eligibility requirements:

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and a photo of the faulty item.
- We will guide you through the return process and, if approved, provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If an item is defective and a replacement is available, we will provide the same item as a replacement instead of a refund.
